Last updated: 25 October 2026
Event submissions
Event submissions are collected through the form embedded on ArenaBots and provided by Fillout. Information you submit, including event details and organiser contact information, is processed by the form provider and used by ArenaBots to review the proposed event, contact the organiser when needed, and prepare approved public listings. Submissions are reviewed manually and are not published automatically. The form provider may process information under its own privacy practices.
Please provide only information needed to review the event. Do not submit passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal information.
Newsletter signups
If you join the ArenaBots Early Access list, your email address and subscription consent information are collected and managed through Brevo. We use this information to send the ArenaBots updates you asked to receive, such as robotics event announcements, opportunities and feature news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email. Brevo also processes information under its own privacy practices; see Brevo's Privacy Policy.
Public event information
Approved event details may be displayed publicly on ArenaBots. Organiser contact details will only be published when the organiser has authorised their publication. Private submissions and rejected submissions should not be published.
Website hosting and technical data
The website is designed as a static site and does not currently provide user accounts or process payments. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as connection data, to deliver and protect the website. If analytics or other data collection is added in the future, this notice should be updated before it is enabled.
Third-party links
Event pages may link to external registration services. Those services have their own privacy policies and practices. Review their policies before submitting information to them.
Contact
A public privacy contact address has not been configured yet. Add an official contact email before the public launch so visitors can contact ArenaBots about their information.
